Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days.

Express Shipping

For faster delivery, express shipping is available for $15.99, with an estimated delivery time of 5-10 business days.

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located at: Wenzhou Bridge Industrial Zone,
Beibaixiang, Yueqing, Zhejiang, China, 325603.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days. We do not ship or deliver orders on weekends or public holidays. In case of high order volumes, shipment processing may be delayed. Please allow additional time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Depending on the weight and destination of your order, we use UPS, USPS, or FedEx for delivery.

Shipping Restrictions for Remote Areas

We ship worldwide, including from our warehouses in China and Germany. Shipping to remote areas, such as Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Armed Forces, remote regions in Europe, and American Samoa, may be restricted and take longer. Delivery options may be limited, and additional time may be required for delivery to these regions.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
