Refund & Returns Policy

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. If canceled within this period, you will receive a full refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original form of payment.

Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In certain circumstances, only partial refunds are granted:

  1. Items that show signs of use.
  2. Items that are damaged or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us.

Refund Process (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable Items

  1. Opened Electronics
    For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used electronic items (such as phones, tablets, headphones, etc.) cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  2. Damage Due to Improper Use
    Products that have been damaged due to improper use (such as drops, water damage, or use with incorrect power supplies) are not eligible for return or refund.

  3. Missing Accessories or Incomplete Packaging
    To qualify for a return, the product must be returned with all original accessories, packaging, and tags intact. Missing accessories or damaged packaging may result in a denial of the refund request.

  4. Activated Software or Digital Products
    Software or digital content that has been activated (such as license keys or digital downloads) is non-refundable.

  5. Aesthetic or Functional Dissatisfaction
    Refunds or returns due to dissatisfaction with the appearance or functionality of the product are not accepted. We recommend that customers review product descriptions thoroughly before making a purchase.

  6. Clearance or Promotional Items
    Items purchased during clearance, final sales, or promotional events are final and are not eligible for return or refund.

  7. Custom-Made or Special Orders
    Custom-made or specially ordered items cannot be returned or refunded.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee will apply if you purchase multiple items but keep only 1 or 2 and return the rest. This also applies to non-defective items returned.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company as it may take time for your refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank as processing times may vary.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery at store@cngeya.com.

Shipping

Before returning any product, please contact us at store@cngeya.com.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach us may vary.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
